If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product and would rather return it for a refund, please send your package to us via insured and prepaid US Mail or UPS (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please allow 14 days from the day you return your package for us to receive and process it and credit your account. Just return the item promptly in unused condition. Glory Be products are returnable in new condition within 15 days of receipt. Customized items are not returnable. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day your order was shipped.
